For women’s football in Katrineholm, it has meant a lot.
“We talk more about safety and well-being today. It can be about anything from changing rooms, matches, or the general atmosphere. Before, you went to training and then straight home. Now we talk about how we’re feeling and are more attentive to that — even outside of football,”

says Hanna Östberg, project manager at RedLocker.
